You have the right to stop using Habit Lite services at any time and cancel your account through in-app settings or by contacting customer service. However, if you violate any term of this Agreement, Habit Lite reserves the right to terminate your service at any time and take appropriate measures, such as freezing your account, deleting content, suspending or terminating service. We reserve the right to take necessary measures to ensure the security and normal operation of the platform and to protect the rights and interests of other users.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Habit Lite regarding the use of the Services, and the terms of this Agreement will serve as the sole legal basis. Your continued use of Habit Lite services constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement, including any amendments or updates to these terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or other relevant authority, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions will remain in effect and enforceable in accordance with their original terms.
